Withdraw to your wallet
When you're ready to cash out, the payout page asks for the same wallet or bank details you used to deposit—we send money back the way it came in. Enter the ringgit amount you want to withdraw, double-check your wallet number or account, and submit the request. If it's your first withdrawal or the amount crosses a threshold, we'll ask you to
complete verification so we can confirm the account belongs to you. Once verification clears, your payout moves to processing and lands in your chosen wallet or bank. Timing depends on your payment provider; e-wallet transfers usually arrive faster than bank transfers, and weekends or public holidays can add a day.
- Head to withdrawals — Open the account menu and tap Withdraw, then pick the wallet or bank method you want us to send money to.
- Enter payout details — Type the ringgit amount and confirm your wallet number or bank account matches what you registered. Small mistakes here delay the transfer.
- Verify if needed — First-time withdrawals and larger amounts trigger a verification step—upload your ID and a recent selfie so we know it's really you.
- Wait for clearance — Once verification passes, we release the funds. E-wallet payouts usually arrive within hours; bank transfers can take a day or two.
